Every single person is outstanding in this office. It is so nice that they really care about their patients and make you feel so comfortable. Even get to watch a movie while they are working on your teeth and the time just goes by so quickly. I wanted to stay a few extra minutes to finish the movie. Most Definitely Would Recommend going here. Again really nice to see a whole office that truly cares.
Dr.Yap and her team are simply amazing! I’ve been going to this office for quite some time now and from the moment you step foot into the office you’re greeted with a smile and by name. They make you feel welcomed and at ease. Everyone there pays attention to detail and to any concerns you have. Once you come here you won’t want to go to any other dentist!
I had my first appt with Pure Smiles today and it was great! The waiting room is very inviting and clean the the staff is warm and welcoming. I like that all the forms are digital. It makes filling them out faster. The room was clean and the hygienist was friendly and explained everything she was going to do beforehand so there were no surprises. Dr. Yap made me feel at ease and she is very friendly. I would highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Pure Smiles for years and I’m always pleased with the level of patience care and customer service they provide! The staff is amazing kind and courteous from the dentist all the way to Ana the receptionist. They always go out of their way to accommodate you and your schedule and any other needs. Dr Yap is very laid back fun and easy to talk to . I love this office and refuse to switch even if it means driving 30 minutes to get here. Highly recommend!-Chelsea W
Dr. Yap was fantastic, and the staff in general continue to impress. Had several fillings done, and they were cordial, efficient, and did a wonderful job. Will definitely be bringing the family, now that the guinea pig (Mom) is happy.
